Some of these are universal but there are also those which may not be suitable for our local context. For example, some management concepts relating to leadership may not be applicable when they are applied across cultures.<br /><br />Based on Asma’s training and consulting experience,she has developed 6 local cultural dimensions which are <b>Iman - Akar - Ilmu - Rasa - Akal - Amal</b> as found in the Malay language.
